Rumi quote – how to combat fear
I love Rumi – a poet who expresses the connection between sensuality and spirituality. I thought this might be a good quote to start out October, talking about fear and death and all. “Don’t let your throat tighten with fear. Take sips of breath all day and night, before death closes your mouth.”
