Think about it…where do you direct your attention through the day? What do you think about most? How can you change it so you think about what you really want?

This is one I could definitely keep in mind - those moments stuck in traffic, late for an appointment. Or caught at a party I don’t want to be at. Tough not see those as a waste of time, and yet, I see the potential in traffic to enjoy a couple extra minutes of music or practice meditation. At the party - who knows who I might meet?
What moments do you find the biggest waste of time? And how might you convert it into something else?
