About Me

In a world where letters and education means credibility, I have a few things to note. I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in English, focusing on the theory and philosophy. You’d be amazed at how often those ideas come into play in this work. I became a certified massage therapist through the Boulder College of Massage, considered to be one of the best massage schools in the country. I am certified in Mayan Abdominal Massage through the Arvigo Institute, and am trained in Thai, Shiatsu, Reflexology, Neuromuscular Work (deep tissue), Pregnancy Massage (pre and post natal), various forms of Energy Medicine, and a smattering of other things. The primary energy work that I use is Reconnective Healing, which helps to realign the DNA and reconnect you with the broader universal energy lines.

My archetypal certification is through CMED, The Educational Institute of Caroline Myss. Her work has brought the knowledge of the human energetic body and natural intuitive sense to a much larger audience. In addition, I have studied with many great teachers of spirit, consciousness and wellness, including Brugh Joy, Marie Elena Cairo, and Lench Archuleta.

I am also a practitioner of Shaolin kung fu, which often influences the way I move and ways I may teach you to move and flow in your life.

In the end, actions speak louder than words. It is the experience of your body, mind, spirit and heart that offers of the best judgment of what you need and if I can help you. If this work lifts you in even a small way – enough to have a smile linger on your lips for a few extra moments – then I believe we have accomplished something. If you walk into the world with new excitement about the possibilities of your life, with a vigor and breath that carries you farther on your path, so much the better. And if that smile or that joy of life manages to penetrate someone else’s sorrow, and lift them to a better place, then already we have created something that can spread to friends and strangers and neighbors and even enemies.
